As of today http://myCobol.net went online, though there is little content yet.
The purpose of myCobol is to support Cobol projects to evolve into open source. Therefor a project is started alongside, called project stickleback. This project gathers donations of Cobol sources and makes them available here in the download area.
The goal of myCobol is to work with these donations and refactor the Cobol sources into easily deployable Cobol systems, which than can be used in educational courses of Cobol.
In order to support the purpose and goal, a wiki will be made available with good practices, tutorials, coding standards and other stuff that could be useful. Key focus is to publish a coding framework that can be used and easily understood when creating (new) Cobol projects.
A rss feed is offered on http://mycobol.net/backend/mycobol.rss which you are encouraged to subscribe to.
